Could you be our next Facilities Co-Ordinator?

Brindleyplace, its buildings, amenities and its people, provide one of the most important destinations in Birmingham, and have done for more than 25 years.
With a strong reputation for excellence in offering unique experiences and great customer service, there are lots of ways to enjoy the estate, both as someone who works at it, or visits.

Facilities Co-Ordinator duties include answering general FM enquiries, assisting with the preparation of service charge budgets, recharge administration, utility metering and billing administration, financial administration such as raising PO’s, taking telephone messages and prompt attention to answering enquiries in support of the management team and colleagues at all levels.

Keeping this special place as smart and appealing as possible is the job of everyone who works here. All Brindleyplace team members should act proactively to assist their colleagues in making the estate the best it can be at all times.

Using personal initiative is an essential part of any job at Brindleyplace, and helps everyone meet the high standards set out by the estate and the company.
